Many styles of fencing sometimes can be quoted without looking at the site. Many townhouse fences and some of the more standard fence styles can be quoted with an approximate price if you give us: the length(s) of the fence,height, desired style and material(s), and any particulars such as gates, removal of existing fencing, is the area clear of plantings, are there hills, etc.

We strive to give you the best value for your money.  Our goal is to provide the highest quality fencing at a fair price.  We are usually not the least expensive fence contractor. We go to great lengths to provide all of our customers with great service.  Our focus is on customer satisfaction and doing the job properly. We have learned throughout the past 20 years of constructing fences for thousands of customers that when it comes to high quality, lowest price and best service, choose any two...anyone promising all three is mistaken.

It is a major undertaking to build a quality fence- we plan it properly from your first call to our office staff -we have sharp, experienced personnel -then a visit by a salesperson -scheduling the job-  to doing the job properly- all the while keeping you in the loop and having someone available in case there is a unforeseen difficulity.

We recommend that you check out other fence companies.  We gladly show you all of the necessary licenses and insurances required by law on our website.  These are to protect the customer and if the contractor does not have them you have no recourse through the licensing process.  We are bonded in WDC and all licensed contractors are required to contribute to funds in Virginia and Maryland. If a licensed contractor is proven not to perform the promised service, the homeowner is paid out of these funds as a remedy.  It is also illegal for any contractor not to have the proper licenses with the required insurance.  If an uninsured contractor damages your property or has an injury on your property, you could be liable for the costs incurred.
