NOTE: This fence is approximately 30% more expensive than the STANDARD flatboard fence. The homeowner upgraded all posts to 6x6 which required the larger post caps and instead of the standard 2x4 rails, this fence has 2x6 rails. All of the fence components are 5.5" wide and looks the same on either side (neighbor friendly)!
