For the developer: live availability and two-way sync are stubbed in this build. Replace loadAvailability() with a call to your middleware, which should proxy Google Calendar freeBusy.query or Microsoft Graph /me/calendar/getSchedule for the estimator calendars. On submit, createCalendarEvent() should POST to calendar.events.insert (Google) or /me/events (Microsoft Graph) with the customer as an attendee, which is also what pushes the notification into Teams. OAuth tokens must stay server-side. The confirmation screen already issues a valid .ics so the flow works end-to-end before that integration lands.
